Contract employees who are under contract with Round Rock ISD for the current school year and educational assistants who wish to transfer to the same position at another location for the upcoming school year may submit a request for transfer during the annual transfer period. The designated period to submit a transfer request for the 2024-2025 school year is from March 18, 2024 to May 24, 2024.
Active employees in the following positions are eligible to request a transfer during this period:

- Teacher/Coach
- Librarian
- Counselor
- Athletic Trainer
- Assistant Principal
- Educational Assistant II
- Educational Assistant II – Title I
- Educational Assistant II – Special Education
- Educational Assistant II – Special Education – Title I
- Educational Assistant III
- Educational Assistant III – Title I
- Educational Assistant III – Special Education
- Educational Assistant III – Special Education – Title I
Transfer requests may be submitted by completing an application via the Round Rock ISD Employment Opportunities webpage through May 24, 2024. Employees must login to Employee Self Service (ESS) to view the available postings. Only active contract employees and educational assistants may submit a transfer request for the 2024-2025 school year.
