2025

Round Rock ISD offers its employees and their families a self funded health plan with various coverage options.

Continuing for the 2025 plan year, Blue Cross and Blue Shield TX (BCBSTX remains the Health Plan Manager for the District. Four health plan options are available with deductibles, co-share and co-pay amounts varying between the plans. Each plan has the same preventive care benefit. If you need to make plan changes outside of annual open enrollment, please view information in Qualifying Life Events.

Summary Plan documents for each plan are available below. The Summary Plan document explains what the plan covers and what you pay for covered services.

Starting with the 2025 plan year, you will have access to digital ID cards for both medical and prescription coverage. View your digital ID card in your 4YOU Mobile App or through your BCBSTX online account (BAM). In addition, you may call BCBSTX customer service at 1-800-521-2227 and request a physical ID card.
