Employment Verification Services

Round Rock ISD receives volumes of requests from third parties (such as lenders, property managers, and social service agencies) that need to verify employment and salary history for current and former employees. Verifiers typically request this information by phone, e-mail, or fax.

In order to make the employment verification process more secure and improve workflow, the District now uses Experian Verify®.

Current and Former Employees:

• If you receive a request from a third party to verify your employment or salary history, please refer them to the Experian Verfiy® website where they will complete the verification process.
• You may access your own verification records by visiting the Employee Login page on the Experian Verify® website.

Verifiers:

If you need to verify a current or former employee’s employment or salary history, please visit the Experian Verify® website and register as a new Verifier.
