For the 2025 plan year, you will not be mailed a physical ID card for medical and prescription coverage. Download your digital ID card January 1st through your BCBSTX online account (BAM). Or you may call BCBS customer service and request an ID card. Thank you for helping Round Rock ISD lower insurance costs!
