Log in to ESS to elect your 2023 plan year Benefits

Starting today eligible employees can make their 2023 Benefit plan elections through the Employee Self Service (ESS) system.

You may complete your open enrollment elections in ESS from your District or home computer starting today, October 5, 2022.

The plan benefits you elect become effective on January 1, 2023 and remain through December 31, 2023. You can complete your open enrollment elections in ESS from your District or home computer through midnight on Monday, October 31. Find your 2023 Benefits options on the District Benefits website.

Instructions for navigating ESS and making your on-line elections are available on the District website.

In-person enrollment assistance is available at the YOU Benefits Open Enrollment Health & Well-Being Fair, being held on Monday, Oct. 10, and Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center (PAC), located at 5800 McNeil Drive in Austin. Representatives from some of our insurance vendors will be available to answer questions about health, prescriptions, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. And if you have financial questions, A+ Federal Credit Union and AIG Retirement Services representatives will be ready to answer them at the fair.

OPT INTO DISTRICT TEXT MESSAGES
Round Rock ISD employees can opt-in and add text messaging to their mobile devices as a preferred method for essential District and campus notifications, such as inclement weather notifications.

Opting into text notifications is done through ESS. It’s easy, and you can opt out anytime. Visit the employee texting web page for instructions on opting into text messaging.

Get your flu shot- The H-E-B flu shot clinic is open both days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The flu vaccine is covered at a $0 co-pay for District insured employees.  Please bring your insurance card and the flu consent form.

Sign up for your complimentary Airrosti injury assessment. During a 10-15 minute evaluation, an Airrosti provider will assess your injury or pain-related issue. You’ll receive a review of the findings and discuss treatment options.
