Keli is the District’s professional development coordinator and has been with Round Rock ISD for seven years. Her work supports Round Rock ISD’s Early Career Teacher Support Framework by providing resources, tools, professional learning opportunities, and logistics for early career teachers, teacher coaches, and lead teacher-coaches. And her role includes developing, planning, and delivering engaging and meaningful staff professional learning opportunities, including SummerRR Camp, Leadership Summit, speaker series, and welcome week.

Custodial teams receive Environmental Excellence awards

Congratulations to the custodial teams at Anderson Mill, Brushy Creek, and Wells Branch elementary schools. They received GermBlast’s “Environmental Excellence” award for their outstanding work keeping students and faculty safe and healthy. Round Rock ISD partners with GermBlast for high-level disinfection at our 56 campuses and facilities.

Employee Spotlight | Paul Norris, Teaching & Learning

Paul is the District’s secondary math curriculum coordinator. He supports secondary math teachers and created the Aligned Round Rock Curriculum for middle and high school math courses (except AP). When he’s not solving quadratic equations, Paul is an accomplished musician. He is the keyboardist for the 10-7 Band, a pianist and member of his church’s worship team, and has recorded three CDs of original piano compositions.
