Connecting to your health care services can help you prepare for the unexpected. Consider the advantages of having the app available if you’re in the doctor’s office and have questions about your deductible. Or if you or a family member needs to see a doctor in the middle of the night for a non-emergency condition.

Employee engagement survey | Your input matters to us

To keep improving, we must regularly review and analyze our systems. A productive way to listen to views at all levels of the organization is to conduct an employee engagement survey. We will be asking all staff to complete this survey twice this year, with the second administration coming in the spring. This engagement survey will replace the staff climate survey that has typically been sent out, as we feel that engagement surveys will provide us with more actionable feedback that will better inform improvement efforts across the District.
