Since HR Services launched the Round Rock Outstanding Actions Recognition (R.R.O.A.R) program in May 2022, they have received over 300 submissions recognizing outstanding service performed by employees.
“We need to highlight the good that’s happening in our District more than ever,” said Rene Eakins, assistant director of HR Services. “The R.R.O.A.R program is a great start to appreciating and recognizing each other. It’s a simple gesture that can mean so much.”
