The district’s Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account programs will be managed through WEX Health effective Jan. 1, 2025. WEX is replacing Health Equity as Round Rock ISD’s FSA and HSA provider.
This provider change is part of the benefits team’s continuing commitment to ensuring employees receive top-notch services.
With your WEX-issued FSA or HSA debit card, you can pay a provider directly or file for reimbursement online or through the WEX app. WEX electronically validates expenses paid using an FSA/HSA debit card, but occasionally you may be asked to provide an itemized receipt or Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
