On Tuesday, Sept. 3 all district campus and facility telephones will have an active police call button in the lower right corner of the phone’s display screen.
With the push of a single button employees are connected directly to the Round Rock ISD police department from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on school days.
When contacting the police to report a crime in progress or to report threats or a suspected weapon, gather as much information about the situation as possible, such as; what’s going on, who is involved, descriptions of the people and/or vehicles involved, and then stay on the line.
