Enrichment camps boost educator summer earning potential

Are you a photographer, pickle baller, mathematician, woodworker, or gardener? Do you like to read, sew, craft, knit, or dance? The Enrichment Department is seeking District employees to lead engaging and enjoyable half or full-day summer camps for students aged 5 to 17.

Teaching summer camp is an excellent opportunity to share your unique interests and expertise while getting paid for doing what you love. Instructors earn up to $35 per hour, about $540 for leading half-day camps, and about $1,032 for full-day camps per week. Compensation is TRS-eligible.

Work a little or a lot. Camps are held Monday through Thursday for six weeks. Choose the weeks that work for your schedule and lesson plan.
