UnitedConcordia will be the benefits provider for eligible employees opting to receive dental care benefits starting with the 2024 benefits year. UnitedConcordia is replacing the current provider, Humana Dental, effective January 1, 2024.

Follow these steps to find an in-network dentist:
- Visit UnitedConcordia.com
- Click on Find a Dentist.
- Type in an office location or dentist’s name.
- Select your network from the drop-down list. Our network is Elite Plus
- You can sort by dentist type, distance, gender, language and county.
