We know. You get asked to fill out a lot of surveys. It’s because we care what you have to say. Really, we do.
Last October, we asked that you take the UpBeat survey. We told you that we’d ask you to complete the survey again in the Spring. Well, here we are. It’s Spring.
We can’t get better without you. Your ideas, opinions, and suggestions are essential. And this survey is an opportunity to share your feedback and give us valuable insight into how we can enhance your employee experience.
On April 13, you will receive a survey invitation email from Upbeat, an independent third-party vendor. Your responses are anonymous, and the survey should take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete. The survey is open through April 27.
When you share your experiences working for our District, we can identify problems, determine priorities, inform policy change recommendations, and enhance the programs that are meeting the needs of our employees. Principals will have access to global responses from their campus staff. These responses will help them identify trends and determine areas of opportunity specific to their campuses.
Once we’ve had a chance to analyze the data and discuss improvement measures, the findings will be shared with campuses and departments.
