HR Services launches Let’s Talk! customer service tool

Round Rock ISD’s HR Services invites District staff to ask questions and offer feedback through their Let’s Talk page. Let’s Talk is a two-way communication platform where staff and prospective employees can choose specific topics and have their questions directed to a subject matter expert.

The dedicated HR Services Let’s Talk page is part of a districtwide customer service initiative to improve staff access to employee services and offer a mechanism for multilingual communications. Round Rock ISD staff can use the online communications tool to send questions, comments, and suggestions about benefits, compensation, talent and leadership development, employee recognition, and other employee-related topics.

“The HR Services team is committed to providing District staff with exceptional customer service,” said Eddie Curran, Round Rock ISD Chief of HR Services. “Using the Let’s Talk tool will help us improve employee engagement by providing users accurate, timely responses and allow us to gain valuable data to make informed decisions.”

Prospective employees can use Round Rock ISD HR Services’ Let’s Talk page to ask about careers, get assistance with completing an application, request to talk to a recruiter, and more.
