Bob runs the Help Desk at the Technology and Information Center. He provides support for Round Rock ISD staff who have various technology related issues and works with other groups in Technology Infrastructure to find solutions.
Bob has worked for the District for almost seven years. His family is committed to public education, as his daughter is a teacher and his mother was an elementary school teacher in Arkansas for 36 years. Bob states that it is wonderful to be of assistance to those that teach because educators answer a high calling and those of us that assist them bask in their glow.
Bob encourages everyone to do two things: become a blood donor and become a mentor. He says that the District offers a wonderful opportunity with the student mentoring program. If you can, he wants everyone to consider devoting time each week to be a mentor to a student because not one, but two people will benefit from the effort.
