YOU Well-being survey results identify Round Rock ISD employees’ top needs

In May, we asked staff to offer input into what they wanted and needed from the YOU employee Well-being program. Round Rock ISD’s YOU Well-being program provides employee education and activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and workplace culture. Physical, mental, social, and financial well-being needs are the four parts of YOU.

The survey received over 1,000 responses, with staff feedback identifying mental and financial well-being as top concerns.
Behavioral (mental) – 34%
Financial – 27%
Physical and nutrition – 16%
Social – 9%

Thank you to the staff who participated in our YOU survey. Your critical feedback will guide our continuing efforts to construct a program designed especially for YOU. Successful health and well-being programs benefit everyone. And we recognize that our employee’s well-being is vital to the success and an integral part of our organization’s culture.

More than 180 staff members indicated they are interested in participating as a YOU Ambassador. 👏  We will share more information about the YOU Ambassador Program when it becomes available.
