1. Order your kit online. Your kit includes a wrist blood pressure monitor, measuring tape, a next-generation finger stick blood spot device, and very simple instructions. Tip: Have your identification number (from your insurance card) handy.
2. Follow simple step-by-step instructions with a how-to video.
3. A nurse practitioner will review your results in an easy-to-follow report and then send them to your primary care physician.
