The CSLB is a benefit to assist employees with a prolonged, severe, or life-threatening condition that forces them to exhaust all paid leave resulting in a loss of income. The CSLB is a collective deposit of local sick leave days donated by enrolling employees.

VSP Selected as Benefits Provider for Vision and Hearing Care Starting 2024
VSP will be the benefits provider for eligible employees opting to receive vision and hearing care benefits starting with the 2024 benefits year. VSP is replacing the current provider, Superior Vision Metlife, effective January 1, 2024.

Available now and continuing throughout the open enrollment period in October, employees can choose between virtual or in-person sessions with Brandon Beddoe, the District’s dedicated representative from BCBSTX. As Round Rock ISD employees, we all appreciate having freedom of speech and expression guaranteed by the United States and Texas constitutions. The Constitution gives us the right to freedom of speech and expression. Yet, as public education employees, there are limits to our freedom of speech, restricted by time, place, and manner.
In advance of the upcoming election season, the District is providing a reminder of the guidelines all District employees and officers must abide by during this time.
