Employee engagement survey | Your input matters to us

Employee engagement survey | Your input matters to us

To keep improving, we must regularly review and analyze our systems. A productive way to listen to views at all levels of the organization is to conduct an employee engagement survey. We will be asking all staff to complete this survey twice this year, with the second administration coming in the spring. This engagement survey will replace the staff climate survey that has typically been sent out, as we feel that engagement surveys will provide us with more actionable feedback that will better inform improvement efforts across the District.

Our custodial staff keep our 56 campuses and 15 special facilities beautiful, safe and clean and they play an integral role in student success. They are present long before the school day begins and long after it ends setting up and cleaning up after all school activities, sporting events, fine arts performances and meetings. School Custodian Appreciation Day is observed on Oct. 2 each year. Be sure to say “thanks” to your custodian staff for the important work they do.
