HR Services to relocate to District Technology Center

HR Services, which includes the leave and benefits, compensation and staffing, and recruitment offices, is relocating from its current location at 100 Chisholm Trail Dr., Suite 400, to 7700 Cornerwood Drive in Round Rock. HR Services will share the building with Technology and Information Services. Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. HR Services offices are closed on District observed holidays.

Employee Work Perk – 15% off Round Rock ISD after school classes

District staff can receive a 15% discount when registering their child(ren) in after school classes. Round Rock ISD offers a wide variety of after-school classes for students in grades K through 12. Visit the registration portal to browse and register for Spring 2023 after-school classes that begin the week of January 23. Registration ends January 16.

Do you know exceptional individuals who would be a great fit for our Round Rock ISD team as a bus driver or custodian? Refer them, and if they’re hired, you could earn up to $250. Beginning November 1, 2022, all active District employees who refer a new applicant or former Round Rock ISD employee to benefits-eligible Bus Driver and Custodian positions, who is subsequently hired, are eligible to receive a bus driver and custodian referral bonus.

Employees enrolled in the District’s benefits plan who are living with type II or type II have access to the Livongo for Diabetes Program, provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.

The Livongo for Diabetes Program helps make living with type I or type II diabetes easier by providing you with a connected meter, unlimited strips, and coaching.

Staff set to receive retention incentives in December

Staff set to receive retention incentives in December

Eligible Round Rock ISD full and part-time employees will receive a retention incentive in their December 2022 paycheck. This incentive, paid for through ESSER funds, was approved as part of the 2022-2023 school year budget at the June 16 regular Board of Trustees meeting.

Regular full-time employees will receive $500, while part-time employees will receive $250. Any employee actively employed on Monday, Nov. 28, and who remains as an active employee through the end of the first semester is eligible to receive the retention incentive payment.
